Sampson Pun

Sampson attended the University of Calgary where he obtained a Bachelors of Science (Software Engineer, with Distinction), Masters of Computer Science, and a Juris Doctor.  Sampson has a wide range of practical and industry experience.  Prior to his legal career, Sampson was a software developer and quality engineer at Research in Motion (Blackberry).

Sampson articled at a leading intellectual property firm, and following his articles he was general counsel of a medical manufacturing device company in North Vancouver.  As general counsel, Sampson learned the intricacies of providing practical legal advice.  Sampson’s approach is to offer his clients practical solutions in solving their legal problems.

Outside of work, Sampson is an avid badminton player and golfer. Sampson can often be found driving throughout the Greater Vancouver to find court and tee times that fit into his busy schedule.

Litigation

Sampson has conducted matters before the British Columbia Supreme Court, Federal Court, Residential Tenancy Board, and the British Columbia Provincial Court.  Sampson has a broad range of experience in commercial and family litigation, including creditor’s remedies, property disputes, contract disputes, civil fraud, and shareholder’s disputes.
